摘要
Abstract
According to the working condition characteristics and security index of wheeled self-propelled gun, carry out optimization design for balanced shaft bracket. The finite element model of balanced shaft bracket of the wheeled self-propelled gun is established. According to the structure stress characteristics and technical design requirements, use Design Exploration of ANSYS Workbench to carry out optimization design. Carry out weight loss optimization of the balanced shaft bracket under the condition of satisfying stress. The after optimization, the weight of the bracket is 45.018 kg, and the maximum equivalent stress is 601.35 Mpa. Compared with the original bracket, the maximum equivalent stress increases and the quality decreases 20.87%, the weight loss effect is obvious, which reduces the production cost, and the obvious economic benefits.关键词
