摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the changes of kisspeptin/kiss1r system expression in corpus luteum and to explore the role of kisspeptin/kiss1r system on the pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion .Methods The spontaneous abortion rat model was constructed with bromocriptine and serum progesterone ,estrogen ,luteinizing hormone levels were detected by ELISA .Morpho‐logical changes of ovarian corpus luteum and the expression of kisspeptin/kiss1r were observed by H‐E staining and immuno histochemistry ,respectively .Results Compared with the pregnancy group ,the rate of abortion was significantly increased and serum progesterone level as well as estrogen was significantly reduced in the abortion rats .Volume of corpus luteum was signifi‐cantly reduced observed by H‐E staining and the number of capillaries and kisspeptin/kiss1r positive cells in the ovary was sig‐nificantly reduced during the abortion group .Conclusion The kisspeptin/kiss1r system expressed in the corpus luteum of abor‐tion model play its regulatory role on incretion by altering the body's hormone levels .It will be used as an experimental basis for discussing the pathogenesis and treatment of abortion in the future .
