负压封闭引流技术在电击伤创面中的应用

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical contrast observation ,and compare advantages and disadvantages in curing the pa‐tients with electrical injury before grafting preparation between traditional dressing and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) ,and ex‐plore if there is a major advance of VSD .Methods Ninety‐eight electrical injury cases were collected ,containing a total of 112 wounded places .According to the different treatment methods they were divided into VSD group and traditional dressing group . The data of ache degree ,cleaning duration and surgical skin grafting survival rate were collected and analyzed statistically .Re‐sults The average values of traditional dressing group and VSD group in ache degree ,cleaning duration and surgical skin graft‐ing survival rate were separately 5.9 ± 2.5 to 2.4 ± 1.3 ,13.5 ± 6.5 days to 9.25 ± 2.5 days ,and (65 ± 15)% to(90 ± 8)% .The differences of three sets of data between both groups were statistically significant .Conclusion Compared with the traditional dressing change ,VSD can effectively alleviate the pain of patients ,shorten the cleaning duration and the length of the disease and hospitalization time ,and improve the survival rate .The research is effective and VSD is worth spreading in curing the pa‐tients with electrical injury before grafting preparation .关键词
