牙周炎患者唾液、龈沟液中 NO 水平与牙周炎的相关性研究
Study of correlation between NO levels in saliva,gingival sulcus liquid of periodontitis patients and periodontitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the level of nitric oxide(NO) in saliva ,gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) in normal group and periodontitis group ,and to study the possible role of NO in the periodontal disease .Methods The saliva and GCF samples were collected in 20 periodontal healthy individuals ,30 chronic periodontitis patients .The level of nitric oxide in saliva and GCF was measured by nitrate reductase method .Results The nitric oxide in saliva and GCF were significant different in chronic peri‐odontitis group from that in control group(P<0.01) .There is a positive correction between the nitric oxide in saliva ,GCF and degree of periodontal inflammation .Conclusion Nitric oxide exists in saliva ,GCF of patients with chronic periodontitis and gin‐givitis and periodontal healthy individuals .Nitric oxide plays an important role in the development of chronic periodontal dis‐ease .The level of nitric oxide in saliva and GCF have close relation with degree of periodontal inflammation .关键词
