Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of autonomic bladder function training on the prevention of urinary retention after radical operation of cervical cancer .Methods One hundred and three cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided in‐to experimental group and control group ,including 53 cases in experimental group and 50 cases in control group .The control group was given routine nursing ,the experimental group on the basis of conventional care ,the implementation of Autonomous Urination exercise method for bladder functional exercise and recovery of bladder function were observed in two groups ,meas‐ured two groups of patients with postoperative residual urine volume and the incidence of urinary retention .Results After 14 days after catheter removal and 53 cases in the experimental group had 2 cases of residual urine volume is more than 100ml (the incidence of urinary retention was 4% ) ,50 cases in the control group there were 9 cases of residual urine volume is more than 100ml (the incidence of urinary retention was 18% ) ,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);3 cases of urinary tract experimental infection group (5.7% ) ,the control group had 11 cases of urinary tract infection (22% ) ,urinary tract infection rate between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusion The patients with cervical cancer after radical operation can effectively promote the recovery of bladder function and prevent the occurrence of postoperative uri‐nary retention .关键词
