Connection between professional postgraduate education and standardized training of residents
摘要
Abstract
At present ,there are repetitive resource waste and system framework partitions between professional master edu‐cation and standardization training of residents in our country .All parties hope to promote effective connection between them . The feasibility of cohesion among training content ,organization and management is reasonable .Pilot reforms in Shanghai , Chongqing and other cities illustrated the positive effect of cohesion effectively .In future ,it is necessary to solve such key prob‐lems as organization and management ,enrollment ,examination ,degree awarding and professional qualifications for promoting effective connections .关键词
