Analysis of reactive power voltage characteristics of cluster wind farm in the 750 kV region

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the cluster wind farm , the types of wind turbine and the power compensa-tion equipment are different , and the wind power electric power grid structure is more complex , which leads to the voltage problem of cluster wind farm .In this paper , two 750 kV regions of a cluster of wind power bases in Xinjiang province are analyzed , based on the actual operation of the wind farm , in accordance with two different types of con-stant speed and variable speed turbine , the reactive power compensation of the wind farm is carried out by using the method of grouping the shunt capacitor or SVC , the influence of different compensation measures on the voltage char-acteristics of 750 kV and wind farm in the region is compared .By simulation analysis , it verifies the reactive power compensation device of large scale wind power voltage is greatly improved .Based on the compensation effect and eco-nomic factors, the capacitor group is ensured as the positive measures in the region of stable operation of power grid .关键词
