Abstract
The water-filling and pigging were the key processes during commissioning of products pipeline.Guiyang-Chongqing products pipeline was a long-distance and hilly products pipeline whose hydraulic condition was complicated.The commission of this pipeline was very difficult.The key problems of water-filling process was analyzed,such as controlling pressure of stations,over pressure at low points,gas resistance and pollution water emission.The corresponding measures which could provide practical reference for commissioning of other similar products pipeline in the future were given.According to energy equation in the process of pig operation,the key points where the initial station pressure changed were obtained to determine the scheme of opening pumps through calculating the fiction of high points.The discharge pressure of initial station was increased gradually to ensure the flow rate steadily.The slack flow state at high points could be used to avoid over pressure at low points if there were no letdown stations along pipeline.关键词
