摘要

Abstract

Focus on the trailer run or slide car problem of elevator resulted from the air control switch not open caused by leakage of elevator brake coiling to ground, an automatic detecting method using Hall sensors as the detection components to detect leakage of elevator brake coiling to ground was proposed. Firstly, the mechanism of elevator leakage to the ground was studied, finding that there is 50Hz AC ripple component exist in the positive and negative wire when the leakage happens;Secondly, based on the Hall sensor, a sensor circuit and a signal conversion circuit were designed, which will change the leakage signal into a pulse signal; Finally, design a detection circuit and the detection of single-chip software, to achieve the elevator holding coil to ground leakage automatic detection. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately detect the leakage of the holding brake coil under the condition of different grounding resistances.
