以科研创新能力为导向的学术型研究生培养模式改革与思考--以东北财经大学为例

Abstract
From the aspects of enrollment, curriculum, tutor system and student original ability, this paper dis-cussed the problems existing in the process of cultivating academic postgraduate, and put forward the reform direction of the cultivation mode of academic postgraduates oriented towards the ability of scientific research and innovation. We can enhance the scientific research innovation ability by strengthening the students' motive power of scientific re-search, carrying out inquiry teaching mode, improving the system of the joint training of the tutorial group and creat-ing the environment of scientific research innovation.关键词
