摘要

Abstract

At present, there are still no clear and unified ideas in the theoretical circles on the differences of a-bility training between undergraduate, graduate and professional degree students, capacities that the colleges and uni-versities really focus on cultivating of academic graduates, and how teachers guide school inspectors to make academ-ic graduate students have the ability. This paper intends to solve these problems. The research is helpful to guide the practice of the ability training of academic graduate students in colleges and universities and makes the universi-ty have clearer thought of ability training. In the end, the school guidance inspectors really settle on the train to im-prove the students' key abilities.
