Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems in the process of training innovative talents in our university, and discusses the innovational talent cultivation mode based on collaborative innovation from the curriculum reform, the building of innovational competition system, construction of teaching staff, practical training system and the building of industry-university-research institute alliance, providing theoretical reference for innovational talent cultivation of civil engineering specialty.关键词
