产业转型升级背景下医学美容专业人才培养模式改革

Abstract
The beauty industry transformation and upgrading need to cultivate a large number of skilled talents. Higher vocational colleges is the main strength of training advanced skills talents, but the traditional teaching mode gradually has not been able to satisfy the social need. According to the condition of high skill talented person's de-mand in the beauty industry, this article analyzed current situation of talent cultivation, and then discussed the feasi-ble path of Cultivating advanced skills.关键词
