Abstract
This article discusses the status and problems in the major of cooking and nutrition of Lingnan Nor-mal University, and discusses how to better cultivate applied-oriented talents at the undergraduate stage, putting for-ward countermeasures such as enhancing the major orientation, improving the teaching methods, enhancing the teach-ing standards, and improving the social practice, and so on.关键词
