三七花颗粒的质量控制方法
Study on the Quality Control Method of Sanchi Gran-uLe
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To perfect the quality control standard of sanchi granuLe.[Methods]The TLC method was used to identify the sanchi granuLe and the HPLC method was used for the determination of ginsenoside Rb3 in it.[Results]Each of the sanchi,sanchi granuLe and gin-senoside Rb3 had a similar fluorescent spot which performed the same colour and Rf in the TLC.The calibration curve of ginsenoside Rb3 showed a good linearity within 0.505~5.050μg,r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 101.25%,RSD was 0.54%(n=6).[Conclusion]The method was simple and accurate,it could be used for the quality control of Sanchi Gran-uLe.关键词
