军用航空机务维修人员安全知识结构评价研究
Study on Evaluation of Safety Knowledge Structure on Military Aviation Maintenance Personnel
摘要
Abstract
The improvement of complexity and security on military aviation equipments puts forward higher requirements to the safety knowledge structure of maintenance personnel. In terms of the current conditions of maintenance units,the paper considers the evaluation of safety knowledge structure on aviation maintenance personnel. Researching the work of aviation maintenance personnel with the use of job analysis,the paper establishes the index system of safety knowledge structure and conducts the evaluation on it by constructing an improved BP neural network model based on entropy. On the basis of the actual research,the paper conducts model training,testing and quantitative analysis on the maintenance personnel safety knowledge structure by the use of MATLAB,to provide the basis of decision-making and references for the cultivation on maintenance personnel.关键词
