The Protection Mechanism of Submarine Cable in the South China Sea
摘要
Abstract
Submarine cables are critical infrastructure of international communication and energy transportation.Current set up of basic conventions are not enough for marine protection.There are lots of submarine cables in the South China Sea area and the surrounding countries have com-mon interests to protect the cables.It will be helpful to take cooperative actions in lawmaking,law enforcement and jurisdiction in cable protection.关键词
