Discrimination and Analysis of Primary Science and Technology Indicators in Marine Fields
摘要
Abstract
Research on marine science and technology indicators has a certain application value and practical significance,and can provide decision reference and data support for marine science and technology policy.This paper selected primary science and technology indicators such as the con-tribution rate of marine science and technology progress,marine science and technology transfer rate,the localization and independence rate of marine instruments and equipment,the market share of state-owned brand marine instruments and equipment,and deeply discussed their concept definition,theoretical connotation and calculating methods.The paper tried to answer common questions on these indicators and aimed to help with forming scientific,reasonable and strongly operational research methods and regular calculating system of marine science and technology in-dicators.关键词
