大学权力秩序重构与大学治理的现代化--基于社会参与大学治理的视角
Reconstruction of power order in university and modernization of university governance:from the perspective of social participation in university governance
摘要
Abstract
A reasonable modern university governance structure must be one with pluralistic powers. The defects of our traditional higher education management mode lie in the power spectrum that calls for high uniformity.Therefore,in order to realize the transformation from traditional higher education management mode to university governance,the objective choice is to reconstruct the power order mainly composed of the powers of government,society and university.The modernization of universi-ty governance system and governing ability,as advocated nowadays,is in essence to pursue the good governance of the university.In this process,the effective system with social participation needs to be estab-lished,so as to coordinate the imbalanced relation between government power and university power through social and market power,which is the path choice of realizing the modernization of university governance.关键词
