摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the ideal stock and scion for the development,survival rate and the growth of Camellia oleifera nurse seed grafting and provide guidance for the improvement of grafting seedling for production,taking Chang lin 4# ,40# ,18# ,23# as materials,a two factors completely randomized ex-periment on root stock,shoot stock and shoot1 scion,Shoot 2 scion,Shoot 3 scion and Shoot 4 scion was carried out to study the relationship between stock,scion and development of grafting,the survival rate and the growth of the grafted seedlings. The result shows that different Camellia oleifera varieties, different stocks and scions changed the rate of callosity but could not change the progress of the fornation of callus. During the whole pro-gress of callosity,the callosity of shoot stock was faster than that of the root stock and also shoot stock got the higher survival rate and better growth,among them,Shoot 2 scion got the faster callosity and higher survival rate and better growth than other shoot scions.In all,stock and scion affected the callosity of grafting and the physio-logical indicators and it turned out that shoot stock was better than root stock and Shoot 2 was the best scion.
