摘要

Abstract

The method for determination of 53 pesticide residues in fruit has been build utilizing GC-ECD technique.The pesticide residues in fruit samples were extracted with acetonitrile and under ultrasonic condi-tion,organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides were cleaned-up by PSA and Card,determined by gas chromatography-electron capture detection (GC-ECD).The limits of detection were 0.001-0.005 mg/kg;the average recoveries for the pesticides ranged from 81. 4% to 104. 3%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD)between1.3% and 5.1% for all compounds.The proposed method is characterized by simplicity,higher sensitivity and accuracy.
