Literature Review of Forestry Policy Formulation and Innovation

Abstract
It is an urgent problem to figure out how to develop reasonable and effective forestry policy and to coordinate economic and environmental development by adjusting policy interests. On the basis of collecting a great deal of literature, this paper analyzes and compares the research on forestry policy in many countries, and introduces the characteristics of forestry policy in the main countries of the world. In this paper, the development, inspection and evaluation of forestry policy and the development of the community forest model, REDD mechanism and the concept of sustainable forest management formed in the practice of forest management are reviewed. At the end of the paper, we elaborate the research on the theory of forestry policy. Through the review we find that the current evaluation and test of the forest-ry policy does not form a representative method, and the implementation is also lack of in-depth study.关键词
