Abstract
Through the methods of household survey and key informant interview, understand the Jingning County timber management policy, on this basis, the main factors, using the econometric method to study the effect of timber harvesting behavior show farmers level of education, apply for the cutting license of time and cost, the township has a significant impact on the differences of timber har-vesting behavior. To study and put forward to strengthen the farmers management training, increase subsidies, increase the reserve index to speed up the forestry harvesting quota based on recommenda-tions of the economic development in Jingning county.关键词
