对构建全国碳交易体系的几点思考
Some Insights on Developing a National Carbon Market in China
摘要
Abstract
Chinese government has adopted a series of policies to combat global climate change, in-cluding a national carbon emissions trading system to be formally launched in 2017. This paper first provides a brief review on research conducted on emissions trading systems outside China, and then makes an overview on international experiences on emissions trading systems and seven pilot carbon trading schemes in China. It finally provides some insights on developing a national carbon trading sys-tem and emphasizes the importance of science-based monitoring data and forest carbon sinks in the na-tional trading system.关键词
