慢性肾脏病患儿父母疾病不确定感与焦虑及应对方式的相关性研究
Correlation among Uncertainty in Illness, Anxiety and Coping Style of Parents of Children with Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract
Objective To probe into the status quo of uncertainty in illness, anxiety, and positive coping styles of parents of children with chronic kidney disease and their relationships. Methods A total of 190 parents of children with chronic kidney disease(CKD) were investigated using the demographic variables questionnaire, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale for Family Members(MUIS-FM) scale, Coping Health Inventory for Parents and Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), and Pearson correlation analysis was applied to analyze the correlation. Results The overall score of uncertainty in illness in parents of children with CKD was 72.33 ±11.77. The score of anxiety of parents was 38.71±6.93 and 90 parents presented mild anxiety, accounting for 47.4%. Parental level of uncertainty had a positive correlation with anxiety,and the overall score of uncertainty in illness was positively related with the overall scores of positive coping style and the score of uncertainty, lack of clarity and information ( P<0.01)., while negatively with the score of application frequency of coping style and the effect of coping style (P<0.05). Conclusion The uncertainty in illness of parents keeps in the mediate level and parents present anxiety. It is necessary to encourage parents to take positive coping styles and reduce anxiety, so as to lower the level of uncertainty in illness.关键词
