子午流注中药热熨对妇科腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛的效果研究
Effect of Chinese Medicine Hot Iron Coordinated with Midnight-midday Ebb-flow Theory on Non-incision Pain after Gynecological Laparoscopy

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine hot iron coordinated with midnight-midday ebb-flow theory on non-incision pain after gynecologic laparoscopy. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into observation group (Chinese medicine hot iron coordinated with Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory group) and control group (traditional Chinese medicine hot iron group) with 40 cases in each group. We observed the non-incision pain score before and after the initial treatment of hot iron, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after surgery. Results There was no statistical significance of non-incision pain score before the first treatment (P>0.05). but the pain score was lower in observation group after the first treatment, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after the surgery and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The Chinese medicine hot iron coordinated with midnight-midday ebb-flow theory can release the non-incision pain of patients after laparoscopic surgery and shorten the duration of the pain thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
