行结肠镜检查前患者单次和分次服用聚乙二醇电解质散溶液的效果观察
Effects of One-dose and Separate-doses of PEG in Bowel Preparation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss different effects of one-dose and separate-doses of PEG in bowel preparation. Methods Totally 160 patients were enrolled and randomized into one-dose group (n=80) and separate-dose group (n=80) to evaluate bowel preparation quality. One-dose group took 3L PEG orally in 30-60 min 5 h before colonoscopy examination and separate-dose group took 3L PEG separately 10 h and 5 h before the examination. Quality of cleansing, the existing of air bubbles and side effects during the bowel preparation were assessed. Results The scores of bowel preparation were lower in 2 groups , the PEG cleaning quality in 2 groups were satisfied. The scores of bowel preparation and existing of air bubbles of 2 groups had no statistical significance ( P>0.05), but nausea, abdominal pain, anal stimulation, insomnia and hunger had statistical significance ( P<0.05). Conclusion Even though one-dose and separate-dose of PEG have effective cleaning effect before the colonoscopy, there are slighter side effects with the latter.关键词
