基于D & M和TAM模型的电子政务公民采纳研究
Research on the Citizen Adoption of E-government Based on D & M and TAM Model
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] In order to promote the development and utilization of e-government, the causes and effects of citizen adoption of e-government shall be explored. [ Method/Process] This paper focuses on two issues:the influence factors of citizen adoption of e-government, and the net profit after the adoption of e-government by citizens. With the data gathered by questionnaires, structural e-quation model is used to test the hypothesis. [ Result/Conclusion] The main conclusions and contributions of the study are as follows:constructing the integrated adoption model based on D&M model and TAM model;classifying the influence factors and examining their effect on citizen adoption intention and behavior;revealing the social net benefits of the adoption of e-government.关键词
