Evaluation and Cluster Analysis of UniversitiesˊTransformation Ability of Scientific and Technological Achievements in China
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance]The ability to transform scientific and technological( S&T) achievements is an important criterion to measure the academic level and the comprehensive competitiveness of the University. By evaluating this ability and finding the main influ-encing factors, it is helpful to explore the effective way to improve the universities’ transformation ability of S&T achievements. [ Method/Process]From the three aspects of transformation conditions, transformation strength and transformation effect, this paper establishes the e-valuating index system of universitiesˊtransformation ability of S&T achievements. This paper selects 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities as samples, and uses factor analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate the universitiesˊ transformation ability of S&T achieve-ments. [ Result/Conclusion] The results show that there is a big difference between the universitiesˊtransformation ability of S&T achieve-ments, and different factors have different effects. Based on this, this paper puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions.关键词
