Abstract
The efficiencies of three different DNA extraction methods, CTAB phenol - chloroform extraction, the IQ system bead assay kit and Roche kit, were compared by absorbance value of DNA template and the real-time fluorescent PCR amplification of specific primers, regarding to tanning mink fur . The results showed that a lower cost and higher efficiency were obtained using the traditional CTAB method. The extraction efficiency of multiple processing of fur products by kits was not ideal, but the kits could be as a secondary purification tool to improve the extraction efficiency of the dyed fur products. Optimal DNA extraction method for the detection and identification of mink fur and relative products with PCR technology is a crucial point.关键词
