摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the structure composition and the common failure modes of the shearer are analyzed in this paper, the number and types of the system monitoring parameters are determined. According to the characteristics of the functional requirements of shearer life management and airborne monitoring system, formulate the overall based on IOT shearer condition monitoring and life management system implementation scheme, and determines communication data transmission and PC software development platform, which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment and implementation of the system.
