Soil Microbial Community Structure Characteristics of Riparian Zone in Liaohe River Conservation Area
摘要
Abstract
To research the soil microbial community structure characteristics of riparian zone in Liaohe River conservation area,with PCR-DGGE,riparian zone in Liaohe River conservation area on the upstream, middle and lower reaches of several different soil microbial community structure characteristics were studied.The result indicates that soil microbial diversity index (H),richness (R) and evenness index (J ) of riparian zone in Liaohe River conservation area are different at each sampling point, the soil microbial diversity is volatility changed from the upstream to the downstream,corn and sunflower soil microbial diversity index is lower than the grassland soil microbial diversity index,soybean soil microbial diversity index is higher than the meadow soil diversity index.The soil microbial community structure change of Liaohe River conservation area is the outcome of a variety of environmental factors work together,in which human activities affected by changing vegetation species diversity of soil physical and chemical properties,and then change the microbial community structure characteristics,influence the stability of ecosystem.关键词
