甬绍金衢成品油管道调度计划自动编制软件研制与应用
The Development and Application of Automatic Scheduling Software for Yongshaojinqu Products Pipeline

Abstract
Since the production of Yongshaojinqu pipeline started,the scheduling plan was generally calculated by special stuff through a manual preparation,which needed a number of tentative calculations,and it was tedious and time-wasting.The plan needs to be checked by several engineers to ensure that it is reasonable and safe enough to be used in the field.To deal with the problems mentioned above and achieve the goal of making scheduling plan automatically,the software is developed by China University of Petroleum(Beijing).Through taking the hydraulic conditions constrains,operational constraints and contaminated oil constraints into consideration,a scheduling programming model is established using continuous time expression with the basis of demand volume and the actual delivering volume in each station for the minimum objective function.Moreover,in order to accelerate the speed of solving,a multithreaded solver is used to solve the model.The software has been applied on-site until now.In addition,it is verified that the software calculates fast and automatically and can meet the production requirements perfectly.关键词
