摘要
Abstract
Taking listed companies of Liaoning Province as the research samples,the relationship between the major shareholders of different rankings and the corporate governance efficiency is studied,the influence of the game between different major share holders on the corporate governance efficiency is discussed,and the relationship between major shareholders of checks and balances is sought.The results suggest that the largest shareholder and the corporate governance efficiency is negatively correlated, and the second largest shareholder cannot improve the proportion of the improvement of corporate governance efficiency.Some policy suggestions to strengthen the mutual supervision among the maj or shareholders and prevent the damage situation of minority shareholders’ rights and interests are puts forward.关键词
