Exploration and Practice of Applicative Talents Training Mode in Process of Transformation Development
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the maj or problems in mechanical engineering maj or of Shenyang University, an applicative talents training model system was constructed by the way of implementing a“strengthening connotation construction &promoting characteristics development”as the main focus, and through practical training of “excellent engineer”and “enterprise named class”plans was rolled out as the starting point.Meanwhile,depth cooperation with enterprises was actively carried out. Thus via education reformation of applicative talents training and integration of innovation,the training obj ectives of “hands-on ability & comprehensive quality”was gradually realized.关键词
