Abstract
On the basis of explaining the cultivation goal of applied legal talents,the present situation and the main problems of the applied legal talents training in China are analyzed.Drawing on the relevant theory of training applied talents at home and abroad,suggestions of innovating the training mode of applied legal talents in China are put forward.关键词
