摘要

Abstract

In order to remove pollution of the Fenton process, Fe-Ni/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared via impregnation method with 80-100 mesh size of ZSM-5 zeolite as the carrier to degrade nitrobenzene and was characterized by X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption/desorption. The effects of H2O2 concentration, initial pH value, the dosage of catalyst and the substrate concentration on performance of the Fenton catalyst nitrobenzene removal were investigated. The results show that: under the optimum conditions of H2O2 concentration is 500 mg/L, the initial pH is 3, catalyst dosage is 1 g/L, content of nitrobenzene is 50 mg/L, the reaction temperature is 25 ℃and reaction time is 7 h, the nitrobenzene removal reaches 76.6%. The catalyst adsorped nitrobenzene in the first 4 h and nitrobenzene is rapidly degraded by Fenton reaction with (·OH) in later 3 h .
