磁絮凝超滤在反渗透法海水淡化预处理中的应用

Abstract
The magnetic enhanced coagulation ultrafiltration process was utilized for seawater pretreatment for RO desalina-tion. Beaker tests were designed by Design-expert 8.0, designating dosages of coagulant (FeCl3) and magnetic seeds (Fe3O4) as considering factors and floc sizes as response, were conducted to determine the optimum com-bination dosages of coagulant with magnetic seeds. Results showed that the largest floc size (790.391μm) was obtained at FeCl3 dosage of 25.51 mg/L and Fe3O4 dosage of 5.37 mg/L. Compared with general coagulation pro-cess, the coagulant dosage of magnetic enhanced coagulation decreased by 1/3, while the floc size increased around 62μm, the TMP grow rate was lower and the quality of permeate was higher with SDI value of 1.40-1.65, which decreased around 40%.关键词
