摘要

Abstract

A double bridge girder erection transporter has been developed to carry out the double car operation in the light of the overall displacement of the thousand tons of urban overpass.A kind of the group of the three⁃dimensional fine adjustment hydraulic system is put forward, and a mathematical model is established for each the hydraulic cylinder system group. The principle and the relationship between each other and its related structure have been analyzed and designed.The experimental beam test is carried out and the system is successfully applied to the actual bridge replacement project, which has achieved good results. The results show that the system group in the kiloton overpass, three⁃dimensional fine tuning average error of about 1 mm. It has smaller error and higher efficiency.
