近期全球H5N8亚型禽流感疫情分析
Global Epidemic Analysis on H5N8 Subtype Avian Inlfuenza in Recent Period
摘要
Abstract
Recently,the outbreaks of H5N8 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)were reported in succession in 14 countries of Europe,Asia and Oceania. In Europe,the epidemic of H5N8 avian influenza showed characteristics of fast transmission and infection in poultry by wildfowl. Based on the analysis,the H5N8 subtype strain caused this epidemic belonged to the clade of 2.3.4.4,which located in the same branch with the global epidemic H5N8 stain in the year of 2014—2015. But the virus had a genetic mutation. Besides,this epidemic was caused by the AI infection in wild birds,and the migratory birds played an important role in the disease transmission across the world. Given the epidemic situation in surrounding countries and the bird migration,the occurrence risk of AI infection in poultry of China was high. Hence,some proposals were put forward,including doing a good job in vaccination, strengthening surveillance for poultry and wildfowl and enhancing the level of bio-safety and protection in poultry farms.关键词
