东部沿海某县活禽市场禽流感感染状况调查
Investigation on Infection Status of Inlfuenza Virus in Live Bird Markets in a County of Eastern Coastal Areas in China
摘要
Abstract
In order to acquaint the infection status of influenza virus(AIV)and analyze related risk factors in live bird markets(LBMs),so as to adopt suitable intervening measures to decrease its prevalence rate,4 cross-investigations were carried out in a eastern coastal county. Based on the four continuous cross-sectional studies,the results showed that the prevalence rate of H7 subtype avian influenza was relatively high that was 16.667%~50.000% in LBMs of the county,while that of H5 and H9 subtype influenza were 0~33.333% and 0~16.667%,respectively. In addition,a large difference among various markets,various amounts of the market stalls,various types of the collected samples was found. Then the time factor and various types of pathogens were analyzed,and the difference of AI prevalence status was not significant among various time points. As a conclusion,this investigation showed there were multiple pathogens in LBMs of the county,which indicated the bio-safety measures should be strengthened.关键词
