2015年山东省某鸭场腺病毒病的暴发调查
Investigation on an Outbreak of Adenovirus Disease in a Duck Farm of Shandong Province in 2015
摘要
Abstract
An outbreak of mass mortality in a duck farm raising 17 600 ducks was reported in north-west of Shandong province on November 30,2015. The death of unknown origin occurred one after another during about that one month. After a preliminary investigation,no obvious clinical symptom before duck death was found,most of them only showed low spirits,and also no obvious effect was obtained by repeatedly treatment. An approximate total of 3 600 ducks died by the time of the investigation. In order to know the morbidity in detail,analyze possible risk factors of the disease, so as to put forward prevention and control measures timely,an epidemiological investigation on this outbreak was carried out by field investigation in combination with laboratory diagnosis. Results showed that the duck farm was attacked by adenovirus disease,moreover,the breeding ducks had been infected by adenovirus before introduction. Then the prevalence was aggravated by the consequent sleety weather,plunging temperature,and other reasons such as unreasonable feeding and management,poor health condition,as well as the lack of appropriate prevention and control measures,all above factors led the duck farm to secondary infection by various bacteria. At the end,the epidemic of adenovirus disease was controlled effectively after symptomatic treatment and the control of potential risk factors .关键词
