Sero-epidemiological Survey on A/B Sub-group Avian Leukemia in Breeding Chicken Farms of Parent Generation
摘要
Abstract
Objective]In order to recognize the infection status of the A/B sub-group avian leukemia(A/B-AL)in breeding chicken farms of parent generation in Jilin province,so as to provide references for the purification of breeding poultry.[Methods]By the methods of questionnaire and serological survey,an investigation on A/B-AL was conducted in breeding chicken farms of parent generation in 5 regions of Jilin.[Results]The results showed that the infrastructures in half of the farms were imperfect. Among all the investigated farms,1/5 of them had conducted surveillance for avian leukemia. A total of 900 samples were conducted detection and 60 positive samples were found, with a true individual prevalence rate of 6.72%(95%CI:5.08%~8.36%). [Conclusion]The avian leukemia was prevalent in all of the 5 regions in Jilin. Scientific feeding management and proper sanitation play a critical role in the purification of the disease.关键词
