摘要
Abstract
The role of bio-safety disposal for died livestock and poultry has been becoming more and more important. With regard to the long-term mechanism construction,Yueyang county has made bold innovations. Besides,according to the following principles of scientific planning,rational distribution,being convenient for managing and being conducive to the operation,the bio-safety disposal of died livestock and poultry was comprehensively promoted by adopting the PPP cooperation model,and processing procedure of high temperature rendering-ecological cycle. At last,an operational mode was formed featuring collecting such livestock and poultry within their nearby areas,regular transferring and centralized treatment,which lead to the successful realization of bio-safety disposal and resource utilization. In a conclusion,with the high feasibility and replicability,the mode can be further popularized and applied in large areas.关键词
