船舶排放已成为大气污染的主要排放源之一，但我国船舶大气污染防治工作起步较晚，管理模式尚待完善。作者通过收集分析广州港船舶大气污染相关数据，结合日常海事管理经验，借鉴先进国家地区的管理模式，提出我国船舶污染防治工作的建议。
