Review and Analysis of State Key Laboratory Evaluation in Mechanical Engineering
摘要
Abstract
As one of the important links of the state key laboratory(SKL)management,evalua-tion played an important role in the guidance of the orientation and developing directions,and the con-struction and operation of the SKLs.It also provided a scientific basis for the strategic decision of rele-vant national management departments.The development history of the SKL evaluation system,or-ganization and coordination,index system and procedure of the evaluation were reviewed herein.Situ-ations and results of all previous evaluations of the SKL in the field of mechanical engineering were systematically summarized and analyzed.关键词
