OX40配体高表达在慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床意义
The Clinical Significance of Increase Expression of OX40L in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical implications of increased expression of soluble OX40 ligand (sOX40L) in serum in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:30 control and 50 patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled in this study.Expression of sOX40L levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in serum was determined by radioimmunoassay.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was measured with ultrasound cardiography.Result:(1)The serum levels of sOX40L in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly higher than control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)BNP in serum in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)LVEF in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of sOX40L had a positive correlation with BNP level(r=0.69,P<0.01),it negatively correlated with LVEF(r=0.53,P<0.001). Conclusion:Expression of sOX40L serum concentration and BNP level are both elevated in patients with chronic heart failure.BNP level is related to sOX40L in se rum.It suggestes that enhances level of serum sOX40L can make a good forewarning role in the early diagnosis of CHF.关键词
