Application of Weil Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Instrument in Patients with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Weil cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Method:86 cases of cardiac arrest patients were randomly divided into manual chest compressions group (control group) and Weil cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument group (experimental group).The blood pressure,ECG,percutaneous oxygen saturation SpO2 of the patients in two groups were monitored,the cardiopulmonary resuscitation in two patients,the success rate of resuscitation, the duration time of spontaneous circulation restoration,the survival rate of 24h, rib fracture, defibrillation times were recorded.Result:The survival rate of 24 h of experimental group was higher than that of the control group,cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate and the duration time of spontaneous circulation restoration were also higher than that of the control group, but rib fracture,defibrillation times and spontaneous circulation restoration were significantly lower than that of the control group of the fracture,the difference between the two groups was statistical significanc(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weil cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument rescuing cardiac respiratory arrest patients can provide continuous, high quality of CPR,improve the short-term survival rate,it provides a new option for CPR.关键词
