Abstract
Objective:To study Andianertian decoction combined estrogen and progesterone in treatment ofsecondary amenorrhea of clinical efficacy. Method:112 cases were diagnosed as secondary amenorrhea,andrandomly divided into two groups, treatment group(56 cases),treated by Andianertian Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle therapy,3 courses of treatment;56 patients in control group wereonly treated with estrogen and progesterone therapy of artificial menstrual cycle,3 courses of treatment. Two groups were observed after 3 months of treatment efficacy.Result:56 cases in the treatment group,36 cases were cured,improved in 14 cases,6 cases were ineffective,cure rate was 64.29%.The total effective rate was 89.29%.56 cases in the control group, 22 cases were cured,improved in 19 cases,15 cases were ineffective,cure rate was 39.29%,the total efficiency was 73.21%, the difference was statistical significance(χ2=4.75,P<0.05).The two groups of patients during the treatment were not found in the toxic side effects. Conclusion:Andianertian decoction combined estrogen and progesterone in treating secondary amenorrhea has good effects,it is worth promoting.关键词
