Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of children with snoring disease.Method:80 cases of children with snoring disease were selected from January 2015 to February 2016,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the operational mode,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy curettage, and the patients in the observation group were treated with tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy.The intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative hemostasis time and operational time and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Visual analog(VAS)scores at postoperative 6,12, 24 h were recorded in the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative hemostasis time and operational time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that(82.50%) in the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores at postoperative 6,12,24 h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of children with snoring disease has less trauma,good clinical effect and less postoperative pain.关键词
